We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our client base, and promoting our IT and software services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and present tailored IT and software solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in a sales role within the IT or software development industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, cybersecurity, and SaaS products.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
