Job Description


Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branched Responsible for branch Tuticorin activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff. Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from Tuticorin territory. Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities DSR & LMS input. Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience. Skill & Knowledge required Should be presentable with good communication skills. Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products. Local navigation skills of Tuticorin city. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment. 7-8 month of sales / marketing proven experience with graduation.
