Relationship Officer

customer coordination, document collection, and follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination:

Act as a bridge between clients and financial institutions, ensuring seamless communication.

Documentation Collection:

Gather and verify required documents for loan and insurance applications.

Follow-ups:

Regularly check with clients and banks/NBFCs to track application progress.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Work towards monthly targets for loan and insurance services.

Customer Support:

Address client queries and provide solutions based on financial needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

Any

Bachelor's Degree

. Experience in

financial services, sales, or customer handling

is a plus. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to work independently and achieve

target-based incentives

. Basic knowledge of

loans, insurance, and banking processes
