Relationship Manager-Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE)-Retail Sales
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role: o Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers o Establishing standards and delivery of service o Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively o Sale of MF and Insurance products o Fee Income o Branch Administration o Regulatory Compliance o Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members o Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch Job Requirements: o Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities o Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products o Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB o Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) o Thinker: Doer - 40:60 o In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes o Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer "DELIGHT" o Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
