Job RequirementsJob RequirementsRole/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Tractor LoanFunction/ Department: Rural BankingJob Purpose:The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Tractor Loan customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Dealership business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Responsible for acquiring new customers for Tractor Loans with a detail understanding of Credit assessment, providing end to end solutions to clients.xc2xb7 Establish closely connect with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates and various product offerings.xc2xb7 Empanelment of new Dealers, DSA and DST in the market.xc2xb7 Generate new sales leads for Dealership business customers through referrals from existing clients, promotional activities.xc2xb7 Conduct policy training for internal team members.xc2xb7 Proactively resolve customer queries.xc2xb7 Aggregate knowledge of competitor products, best practices in the market.xc2xb7 Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio.xc2xb7 Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.xc2xb7 Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.xc2xb7 Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.xc2xb7 Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.xc2xb7 Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.Education Qualification:Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant branch banking experience.
