:Role- Relationship Manager- Used Car LoanMinimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto LoansMinimum qualification - Any Graduate.Grade - Deputy Manager/Manager\xc2\xb7 To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.\xc2\xb7 Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.\xc2\xb7 To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.\xc2\xb7 Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.\xc2\xb7 Portfolio Management\xc2\xb7 Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.\xc2\xb7 Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.\xc2\xb7 Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
