Urgent Hiring in a Leading BankPosition: Relationship ManagerJob Responsibilities:Product Handling:Specialize in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Manage end-to-end loan processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Offer personalized financial advice and services to clients.Business Development:Source new business opportunities through Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
Develop strategies to increase loan disbursement and achieve sales targets.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Home Loans and LAP.
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.Education:Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand financial products and market trends.
