:Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Branch Banking (Current Account)Function/ Department: Branch BankingJob Purpose:The role entails scaling up the Retail Banking business for the Bank by leading customer service, cross-sell and premium customer acquisition for the branch. It also entails developing client portfolio (Current Account focused) constructive relationships with key local clients and working closely with them to boost volume of business by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. Role will closely collaborate with Cross sell team and Product teams for the same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the customer experience at the branch and deepening the relationship.
