Role Requirements:
Education: Graduate Degree / Diploma
Experience Range: 0 to 2 years in sales
Professional Experience/ Skills:
Minimum of 6 Months experience in Life insurance, sales management, Retail bank distribution, Co-operative bank and Channel management and / or DSA relationship.
Good communication skills - English & Regional language ( Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Achievement of premium and number of policies.
• Ensuring min 70% activation of the Channel Partners assigned to him.
• To achieve targets for the designated partner through effective sales strategies.
• Sales planning and training need analysis.
• Existing Channel partners management.
• To build and manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
