• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual policyholders and corporate accounts, to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Insurance Advisement: Advise clients on insurance products, including Life and General Insurance, to help them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and risk management strategies.
• Policy Management: Oversee the management of client policies, including renewals, claims processing, and policy adjustments, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients and actively contribute to new business development efforts.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and beneficial insurance solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios, coverage, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on both Life and General Insurance.
• Possession of relevant insurance certifications or licenses, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
