We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join the team. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance sector and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, . Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual policyholders and corporate accounts, to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Insurance Advisement: Advise clients on insurance products, including Life and General Insurance, to help them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and risk management strategies. Policy Management: Oversee the management of client policies, including renewals, claims processing, and policy adjustments, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients and actively contribute to new business development efforts. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and beneficial insurance solutions. Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios, coverage, and performance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on both Life and General Insurance. Possession of relevant insurance certifications or licenses, as required by local regulations. Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
