Experience: 2yrs in Life insurance and Mutual Funds salesCTC:- upto 5lpa Key Responsibilities:1) Develop and manage robust banking relationships with a designated portfolio of customers, with a predominant focus on selling Kotak Life Insurance ( KLI) products.2) Understand and cater to the financial planning, insurance, and investment requirements of customers.3) Ensure 90% of sales efforts are dedicated to promoting KLI products, with the remaining 10% allocated to other bank products.4) Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and compliance with bank policies.5) Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen the banking relationship.6) Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients.7) Coordinate effectively with other group companies to provide seamless access to a comprehensive range of financial products.8) Maintain accurate and up-to-date relationship records for all assigned customer accounts.9) Track customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
