- Designation: Relationship Manager- Channel : Tied (Agency)- Job Type : Full-Time / (On-Roll) / Direct Company Payroll- Salary : Up to 5.25 LPA + Incentives, Benefits applicable (PF, ESI, Med Ins. etc)Locations:- Bihar, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh - All LocationsJob Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding & activation of Partners/Agents.- Creating a distribution channel of these Partners/Agents and driving sales through them for the company.- Assisting the Partners/Agents in their sales calls and going to meetings with them for closing deals- Conducting regular agent training sessions, for guiding the agents to stay up to date with the industry trends and latest practices.Eligibility:- Any Graduate (10+2+3)- 1+ Years of experience (Any Sales Experience, Insurance broking firms with agency channel preferred)- We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a drive for high incentives.
