Roles & Responsibilities :1. Onboard anchors for supply chain finance in construction sector2. Developing and maintaining relationship with vendors and dealers3. To Identify and plan customer visits regularly to build relationships and achieve sales targets.4. Build strong relationships with clients to generate new orders and fulfill repeat orders.5. Enable customers to place orders using digital tools and bring more digitization to the pre-order process.6. Onboard customers and drive continuous transactions to meet GMV forecast and revenue targets through a combination of physical hunting and farming enabled by digital tools.7. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery and quality standards and handling any customer queries.8. Coordinate with operations, finance, logistics, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.9. Introduce new products and categories to the market as per company requirements.10. Ensure compliance with all regulations at the local level and as per company standards and policiesSkills :- 4 yrs + experience in B2B Sales- Must be from the following sectors - steel, cement, aluminum, secondary steel, EPC- Strong knowledge in financial- Excellent network with vendors- Must be bring in business- Exp supply chain financing- Locations and no. of positions at each location (ref:updazz.com)
