Bank.Designation : Relationship Manager - Commercial Real EstateExperience : 6-13 years in relationship management in Real estate or Construction financeGrade : Mid to Senior LevelLocation : Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/KolkataRole & Responsibilities :- Exploring and scanning the market for the origination of real estate transactions from both the primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets, including high yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting transactions across standard asset classes.- Coming up with ideas for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates in collaboration with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.- To assess the real estate asset category overall, comprehension abilities are required.- Creating pitches with financing options and designing acceptable credit solutions; - Constant interaction with internal partnerships, agencies, investors, and coverage teams- Preparation of IM & analytical material for internal do-ability assessment and for external investors - cash flow models, information docket, etc.- Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and funding.If this opportunity excites you kindly share your updated CV on shivani@thepremierconsultants.com (ref:updazz.com)
