The role involves understanding the financial needs of real estate clients, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The RM will collaborate closely with internal teams to structure and execute real estate transactions, including mortgages and loans, while actively monitoring market trends and assessing potential risks. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.

- Assess and analyze client financial information to develop customized banking solutions, including mortgages, loans, and other financial products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute real estate transactions, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor market trends, evaluate potential risks, and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making.

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to banking regulations and policies.

- Actively contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank in the real estate market.

- Stay informed about industry developments and maintain a strong understanding of current market conditions.
