Reports To: Branch Manager / Regional ManagerSalary: 3 to 4.50 LPAKey Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Sales:Identify and acquire new gold loan customers through various channels (direct sales, referrals, etc.).
Educate potential clients about the benefits and features of gold loans.
Meet sales targets for gold loan origination, cross-selling products, and customer retention.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized financial solutions.
Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups with clients regarding loan repayment schedules, interest rates, and renewal processes.Loan Processing:Assist clients with the documentation process for loan application and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Evaluate the value of gold and determine loan eligibility based on established criteria.
Ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement and follow up on timely repayments.Risk Management:Monitor accounts regularly to assess repayment progress and identify potential risks.
Ensure appropriate follow-up on overdue loans and collaborate with the collections team when required.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting gold loan products.Maintain and update accurate records of all client interactions, loan transactions, and sales activities.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, loan portfolio, and market trends.Key Requirements:Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields).
MBA (optional, but preferred).Experience:2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in gold loan, retail banking, or sales.
Previous experience in relationship management or sales within the financial products domain is highly desirable.Skills:Strong knowledge of gold loan products, market trends, and customer acquisition techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet sales targets.
Basic understanding of financial products and lending practices.
