Hi All,We are having urgent opening for Relationship Manager-B2B with one of our client @Noida.Responsibilities of Relationship Manager-B2B
Work closely with the internal resources such as Corporate Real Estate Project
Manager, finance, Enterprise Infrastructure resources, facilities management, other
RMs in the team
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective
customers to ensure business continuity and growth
Contribute to the development and profitable growth of the real estate portfolio by
developing new and expanding assigned relationships with
developers/owners/managers/operators whose primary focus is on real estate
development (construction) and/or income property asset ownership
Preparing written material including proposals, client materials, and associated
supporting analyses
Conduct extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return
parameters of a transaction
Complete special projects related to sales performance, profitability, emerging risk
concerns, and regulatory reportingDevelop portfolio strategies for their respective Business Partners (BP)
Own the strategic relationship with the lines of business
Maintain Strategy Tracker updates for their respective portfolios
Attend and participate in CRM meetings
Provide inputs on location/site selection as also colocation/consolidation strategies
Continually keep abreast of market and industry trends, economics and legal
parameters
Conduct regular meetings with the BPs to understand and update related strategies
Develop high level costs and payback analysis for site level strategiesJob Specification :
Experience in real estate is mandatory
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree strongly preferred and minimum 10-12 years equivalent work
experience in B2B Channel.
Proficient In English Communication
Excellent in Power point presentation and Advance Excel
Being the central point of contact for your clients
Vehicle-4 Wheeler Mandatory
