Job Post: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager (FLS) Position Details: Education: Graduation Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Insurence Sales & Business Development (BD) Industry: BFSI, preferably Insurance Age Limit: Up to 40 years CTC Range: 3.50 LPA to 4.00 LPA Role: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager (FLS) Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Drive Sales and Business Development initiatives.
- Achieve set targets within the BFSI and Financial domain.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- HSC or Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Sales & BD.
- Knowledge of BFSI, preferably Insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic environment.
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
