: Motor Insurance Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Motor Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell motor insurance policies to individual customers and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motor insurance products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell motor insurance policies to individual customers and businesses.
• Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Explain insurance policy options, coverage limits, deductibles, and premiums to customers.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a range of risks.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell additional products or policies.
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers regarding their insurance policies.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies are accurately completed.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in motor insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• High school diploma; additional certification in Insurance Sales or related field is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
