Relationship Manager - Customer Acquisition & Customer Servicing - with Capital Market Broking CompanyKey responsibilities :1. Participate in direct marketing campaigns aimed at spreading awareness about the investment products2. Identify corporates where such direct marketing campaigns can be conducted3. Coordinate with HR/Management of such corporate houses for conducting the campaigns on the premises.4. Ensure customer registrations through such campaigns5. Acquire customer and channel partners through various marketing campaigns6. Participate in direct marking campaigns aimed at acquiring customers and channel partners7. Identify places (e.g., exhibitions, housing societies, office parks, etc.) where such direct marketing campaigns can be conducted.8. Coordinate with various agencies for conducting the campaigns9. Ensure the participation of people in marketing campaignsSpecific/Relevant Experience :1. Should understand fixed-income financial products - bonds/mutual funds/insurance2. Prior experience in selling these directly will be an added advantage3. Relationships across corporates to conduct marketing campaignsFunctional Skills and Capabilities :1. Good communication skills - the ability to communicate in English/Hindi and Marathi (regional language)2. Knows to conduct virtual meetings (technical savvy) whenever required3.
