Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Acquisition:
• Engage in fieldwork to generate leads and acquire new clients for Star Health insurance products.
• Conducted sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain existing clients and encourage referrals.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Submit regular reports to the management team, tracking sales performance and targets.
• Fieldwork:
• Travel to various locations to meet with clients and potential customers.
• Utilize the company-provided laptop to manage client data and complete administrative tasks.

Skills and Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate.
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (any industry) or insurance sales experience.
• BPO sales calling experience is also acceptable if the candidate is comfortable with fieldwork.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a laptop for administrative tasks and data management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and perform well under pressure.
• Comfort with Fieldwork: Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork as required.

Pay: ?24,618.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
