The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients in the Indian market.Identify and prioritize client needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute plans for expanding our presence in the Indian market.Build partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, influencers, and other relevant parties.Account Management:Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Market Intelligence:Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the Indian market.Provide market insights and analysis to internal stakeholders, informing business decisions and strategy development.Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.Collaborate with other Relationship Managers to share best practices, leverage expertise, and drive business growth.Requirements:Education:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
