Job Brief: A Relationship Manager for LAP is responsible for achieving sales targets through the DSA/ DST, in terms of targeted book size, growth & customer service objectives. They are responsible for providing Prime housing loan, catering to a diverse range of customer segments through various service offerings.Salary: hike on current SalaryResponsibilities:- Experience in LAP/Home Loan: minimum 2 years and above.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NBFCs, MSME catering to Prime segments, with a proven track.- Building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term, internal and external business relationships.- Growing and developing relationships with customers.- Working with colleagues worldwide to deliver banking, investment and other services.- Managing a portfolio of new and existing Premier customers and providing a seamless customer experience.- Welcoming new Premier customers to the experience, providing them with excellent customer service from the outset and establishing a solid relationship for the future.Qualifications:- A graduate with minimum 2 yrs of total sales experience in the Banking/ NBFC space, of which at least recent 2 yrs experience should be in Prime Home Loan sales with good exposure to DSA and DST.- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.- Problem-solving attitude.- Excellent communication skills.- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.- Teamwork and leadership skills.- Customer-oriented mindset.
