Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager specializing in Insurance Sales to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell our insurance products. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and coverage details of health insurance plans offered by the company.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding their insurance policies, claims, and inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales of health insurance or related financial products.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
