• Support the BIM production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully.
• Build relations with clients and monitor the upcoming projects and projections.
• Experince in Upselling and Cross selling.
• Pitching new services/scopes for Pinnacles growth
• Client Retention.
• Provide training and review files of production teams on technical/aesthetic areas.
• Plan travel/visits to Meet Clients and prospects as required.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and overseas team.
• Helping Estimation team in preparation of Proposal based on Client scope requirement.
• Ability to understand/ apprehend the Scope of Work before sharing it with the Estimation/ Production Team
• Trying to achieve Zero complaints from clients and grow business..
• Experience in Updating CRM Database / prior Salesforce experience will be an added advantage
• Timely updating MOMs of Client meetings and Coordination meetings and updating the same in CRM.
• Good Communication/Effective Communication skills.

• MEP Engg RM- B.tech in Mech/Electrical Design Engineering.
• Electrical RM- B.Tech in Electrical.
• MP Contractor RM- B.Tech in Mechanical
• ACS RM - BTech Construction Engineering and Management

• 2 to 6 Years of Experience
• Looking for Technical project Managers working in engineering companies
• Priority is RM electrical and RM MEP. Target the mid-size electrical company
