Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on both retention and growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products/services to existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and CRM management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic advice to clients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in [industry/niche].
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
