Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 5-6 individuals, ensuring effective performance and development.- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture productive, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.- Revenue and Retention Goals: Plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets.
