Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and acquire new emerging corporate clients (typically turnover between xe2x82xb9100 Cr xe2x80x93 xe2x82xb91000 Cr).Deepen wallet share with existing clients by offering NBFC products like Working Capital, Term Loans, Equipment Finance, LAP, etc.Act as a single point of contact for all client requirements, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.Credit & Risk Assessment:Understand the clientxe2x80x99s business model, conduct credit assessment, and prepare detailed credit appraisal memos.Liaise with credit and risk teams to ensure timely approval of proposals.Monitor portfolio risk indicators and ensure early warning signal tracking.Business Development & Cross-Selling:Achieve assigned business targets (disbursement volumes, fee income, asset quality).Cross-sell treasury, CMS, trade finance, and investment products wherever applicable.Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance:Ensure high-quality portfolio maintenance with low NPAs.Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.Regularly review accounts for documentation, KYC, renewals, and security perfection.Market Intelligence & Networking:Maintain strong market connect to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.Represent the organization at key industry events and forums.
