POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Ovington Finance . The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers for our Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, offering suitable LAP solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
• Generating Quality leads or Direct Field Sale
• Logging of Loan proposals (LAP/School Loan), collection of documents, KYC.
• Conducts personal discussions with prospective borrowers and assist them in documentation of sanctioned loan proposals.
• Support in creation of various Technical /legal/valuation reports
• Take lead in recovery process of Loan
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to LAP products.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years of experience in Loan against Property (LAP), preferably in a NBFC/Banking Industry.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in an NBFC or financial institution.
• Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient in lead generations for Loan against Property.
• Must have own Conveyance.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
