JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
Experience in retail assets specially in Business loans in a NBFC, Bank or a corporate DSA employee or as a DST with any FI.
Ensure portfolio growth by prospecting for new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients, predominantly early stage, and high growth companies with socially responsible businesses which make an impact.
Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients, including but not limited to suppliers, customers, and competitors of the company.
Preparation of detailed cash flow projections, proposal notes and ensuring clearance from credit sanctioning committees and approvals.
Follow-up with internal teams for credit risk clearance, documentation, disbursement of sanctioned cases including documentation and security creation.
Manage the portfolio of SME business clients by regularly evaluating the portfolio companies via periodic data analysis, visits with the clients' sites across India with a view to ensure that the quality of portfolio is maintained at optimum levels.
Deal origination, handling of transactions and building the revenue of the firm.
Market understanding, sizing up of the industry and identifying target sectors.
Building external channels for business sourcing.
Exploring funding opportunities.
Industry analysis for the relevant geography.
Managing a team of analysts and evaluating prospective customers and markets.
Understanding client requirements and structuring proposals and deals.
Appraisal of companies for fund-based exposure and structured finance products.
Performing detailed background checks on prospective clients.
Preparing detailed cash flow projections and proposal notes.
Following up with internal teams for credit risk clearance, documentation, and disbursement of sanctioned cases.
Managing the portfolio of clients by regularly evaluating the portfolio companies via periodic data analysis and site visits.
Requirement:
He should have a bike and he should be ready to travel across Delhi/NCR for loan sourcing.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly Target.
