- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
