We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager (Post Sales) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster strong relationships with clients after the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after the sales process.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers post-sales efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications-
Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a post-sales environment.
Demonstrable experience in customer service or sales support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
