The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and to provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Actively engage with walk-in customers to understand their banking needs and promote CASA products.
Achieve monthly targets for CASA acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve overall branch targets and objectives.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities to drive CASA growth.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services, with a focus on CASA products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications:

Budget : Up to 7 Lacs
