Job Role \xc3\x98 Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category - A priority customers. \xc3\x98 Sources new bank customers through Lead generation model and responsible for conversion from external field support \xc3\x98 Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. \xc3\x98 Cross sells bank products to existing set of customers. \xc3\x98 Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. \xc3\x98 Plans and conducts special sales initiatives prospective and existing clients through different Product Managers \xc3\x98 Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. \xc3\x98 Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
\xc3\x98 Graduate with 4 -6 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2 -4 years of experience \xc3\x98 Certified in AMFI/IRDA \xc3\x98 Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written \xc3\x98 Flair for Sales \xc3\x98 Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift \xc3\x98 Good listening skills and strong communication abilities. \xc3\x98 attitude & works with integrity \xc3\x98 Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers
