Job Title: Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance
Location:- Mumbai, Ahmedabad
:
- Acquire and manage real estate finance customers.
- Build strong relationships with developers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk parameters.
- Monitor customer accounts to minimize risk and delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate finance , construction finance or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
