Responsibilities:
- On-board new clients and introducing brokers
- Ability to generate and convert leads to active accounts
- Existing book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, Retail or Professional clients
- Well-versed in using MT4/MT5 trading platform
- Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, Commodities, Shares, Indices & etc.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor.
Qualification:
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- 1- 2 years of proven success in FX sales within a brokerage firm.
- The ability to work effectively in an organized manner both independently
- Required Skills & Abilities and cooperatively as part of a team
- Sales driven, outgoing and ambitious professional
- Highly customer-focused and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
