- To be the force to enable a robust growth for the organization. As a Branch Head the candidate is
expected of the candidate to build a quality portfolio. * Role also envisages acquiring and managing of new partnerships with institutes. Candidate should
be a good people manager who motivates and guides his team of Relationship managers to achieve
their respective target. * Candidate would also be the brand ambassador for the organization. His behavior and conduct
should be impeccable. * Responsible for achieving the sales Targets month on month
- Direct sourcing of customer for loan against property.
- Work with internal support teams to ensure seamless servicing for customers.
- Preference will be given if have experience in affordable LAP.
- Preference if have little legal knowledge.
