Your role involves understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions through the cross-selling of various banking products. :- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI customers, providing tailored financial solutions.- Educate clients on liability products and cross-sell based on their needs.- Acquire new customers through referrals and enhance the portfolio\'s value.- Maintain portfolio quality, ensuring compliance and risk management.- Offer advisory services and third-party products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, and RBI Bonds.- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets and benchmarks.Requirements :- Graduate / Postgraduate: 3+ years of experience with AMFI/IRDA certification.- Strong in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
