The Relationship Manager - CASA will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients. They will provide personalized financial solutions, cross-sell banking products, resolve client queries, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires building trust and rapport with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Cross sells existing bank products to customers. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in relationship management and sales Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Target-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales goals Attention to detail and good organizational skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or related field Company Description Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution providing a platform in India.
