Main Role (Overall Accountability) :
Sales / Business Development :
A Relationship Manager is responsible for business development and customer relationship management for the Priority Banking business in a designated area comprising multiple branches. The Relationship Manager has a bigger role of managing Key Relationships of High Net worth Individuals that comply with Sharia\' fatwa\'s issued.
Personal Specification :
- Education: University Graduate/ Bachelor/PG
- Preferable having 3- 5 years of frontline customer experience - faced sales and service experience.
- Strong sales and service orientation with good networking and relationship Management skills.
- Ability to earn and maintain the confidence of clients and to work independently with high self motivation to achieve targets;
- Ability to increase financial product knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills. Ability not only to communicate with team members but also to build a strong relationship with different branches within his/her region.
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills required to convince customers and sell bank products.
