This is a full-time entry-level position open to candidates with no previous work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with an enthusiasm to guide and assist customers through their property journey.Qualifications and Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently resolve customer issues and provide impactful solutions.
  • Proficiency in networking to expand the client base and promote our services within the real estate market.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions effectively.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between property owners and potential tenants or buyers to facilitate agreement negotiations.
  • Guide customers through the property selection process by providing personalized assistance and expert advice.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities and market trends to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Provide comprehensive and timely support to clients, addressing their inquiries and requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service and seamless property transactions.
  • Continuously update and maintain customer records and interactions to improve service delivery.
