Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Prospecting and Sales: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through direct sales efforts, focusing on HNIs in the region.Explore new products or investment opportunities which are differentiated from normal PMS/AIF\'s and discuss its feasibility with team and management. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and providing suitable PMS and AIF solutions. Actively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and generate additional wallet share. New Client Acquisition: Continuously expand the client base by acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines, demonstrating consistent performance and revenue growth. Market and Industry Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the PMS and AIF landscape. Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in finance or investments would be a plus. Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in PMS and AIF sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and other wealth management products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with HNIs. Result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
