Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and acting as a primary point of contact between the bank and its clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling bank products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly.
- Regularly update clients on new products and services.
- Provide clients with financial advice and guidance on banking products.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions about their financial needs.
- Conduct financial planning and portfolio reviews with clients.
