The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
After-Sales Support:
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.
Customer Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
