Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional with preferred experience in the EdTech industry to help schools implement First In Math successfully and effectively.

The role offers a great exposure to utilise your knowledge and skills creatively and constructively impacting teachers, students & schools and building a fulfilling and rewarding career in education.

Responsibilities:

?Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and effectiveness of our math learning program.

?Provide professional development and training to teachers necessary to successfully implement the program to maximum potential.

?Coordination with client schools to:

-Keep track of program usage,

-Provide timebound necessary operational support,

-Escalate mid-level and advanced level queries to supervisors,

-Manage performance based recognition activities etc,

-Regular School performance analysis and share reports with supervisors.

?Visit schools when required to ramp up activity- in West Zone primarily.

?Develop, nurture and sustain relationships with existing customers, key accounts, principals and teachers to ensure renewal and customer retention.

Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in Science with Math background along with MSC Math / B.Ed. will be preferred.

? Working experience of 2-6 years in education industry.

? Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and school principals.

? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

? Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
