• Understand the client needs and develop plans to address them
• To maintain a healthy relationship between the clients & Company
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Aim to preserve the clients and renew contracts
• Approach potential clients to establish relationships
• Sharing the quotation to the clients
• To following the client for payment timely
• Maintain the all record files
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors
