Job Description
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback, sales performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to products and services.
