We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reactivation Caller to re-engage former gym members and encourage them to renew their memberships. In this role, you'll reach out to previous members, build rapport, address any concerns, and highlight current offers, services, and benefits of rejoining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to past gym members via phone to discuss membership reactivation.
• Understand individual member needs and provide tailored solutions or offers.
• Explain current membership plans, discounts, and special programs.
• Address any questions or concerns members may have.
• Update CRM with call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth reactivation process.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.
• Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
• Basic knowledge of fitness memberships and gym facilities is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.
