Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized financial advice, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and service.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide financial advice and guidance tailored to clients' needs.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set for the BFSI sector.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Relevant Industry.
• Strong understanding of banking, financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
